Lisa will send appt. card to Jo Anne. Tell Joanne if any questions to call Lisa or me. Next appointment Monday August 13th 4pm-4:45pm. Jessica said appointment is over at 4:30pm. Jessica ended up complaining session was really boring. Lisa agreed. Lisa talked to Jessica about being nasty and [unable to read word] to Kathy secretary to her. Jessica lost it and was screaming at Lisa. Said Lisa is not going to lecture her. Lisa said Jessica is very defensive. Lisa tried to reflect back to Jessica what Jessica was saying. Lisa is not certain if she is helping Jessica. Jessica refuses to talk to Lisa. Lisa will call me after the next appointment.
